Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our Designated Copyright Agent by submitting a written DMCA Takedown Notice. To be effective, the notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, such as a URL to the original work, a title, or a registration number. 3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party: This includes your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material about the takedown notice.

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a DMCA Counter-Notification. To be effective, your Counter-Notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URLs or other identifying information of the material that was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • An electronic or physical signature of the subscriber.
